13teen!

On my 13th birthday I decided to do something which would leave a mark on the world.
I was not smart enough to get into Harvard,I was not stupid enough to climb machu picchu and so i did what an friend always told me “those who can,DO! Those who can’t,write books!!!)I knew the category I belonged to.
I went up to my teacher and expressed my intentions,my ever diplomatic teacher,NEVER let diplomacy come between her and me,she said I was the biggest idiot in 6th grade and it would take me 30 years to finish the book..She also said “Do your homework on time first”…Well she was right ,its been almost fifteen years and im still figuring out the foreword !
I think forewords are an utter waste of printing ink and add gives nonsensical details about the author which we couldNT care less about!!
Why did I write a foreword? Well,95 % of book readers like to read the foreword, that is about 1.8 BILLION people ,who love to read about about another man/womans life.
Hope you enjoyed reading it !!!!

Leh ! DAY 1

After many grueling hours at IGI,it was finally time for us to board the flight to LEH!

The aircraft flew over beautiful snow capped mountains,It was the gateway to paradise and i was eagerly waiting to see "Shangri-La" !
As we approached closer to leh, the aircraft swerved to the left and right, for a minute i was confused if i was in an auto in Mylapore tank or in an Aircraft, I wasnt sure if the pilot said we were descending or we were shot down, alas,it was the former and we safely landed in the beautiful airport which was approximately the size of the Ball room at the Taj. The moment we landed i was hungry and wanted momos, apparently even the ladharkis did not eat momos for breakfast, which i assumed they did for some strange reason. We hired a cab and went to our hotel and we met up with Ms.Amita Leh,one of the best hosts and *boot camp instructor i have ever met (*Tsemo palace hike).

We had breakfast and retired to our rooms to get "acclimatized"to the weather. The room was beautiful, had a tiny little bed(really tiny) and side table and a nice clean restroom.
We were trying to figure out if any of us had AMS (Acute mountain sickness)
-is an illness that can affect mountain climbers, hikers, skiers, or at high altitude (typically above 8,000 feet or 2,400 meters).

I was none of the above,i was boy from the plains air dropped into the mountains!!!!
The world calls it ACUTE MOUNTAIN SICKNESS but we Tamilians call it
"Afterall mountain sickness".

Finally we woke up by 3 30 pm and went for a stroll and had lunch and lamayuru a popular local restaurant. I had some lovely momos and black tea and some and curry and chicken and a lot of other stuff. We went for a another stroll and went back to our hotel and Slept. That was day one and more blogs coming up soon.

this blog is completely incoherent and i hope to make corrections when i log in next time, the info on the page are true!
